Returns/Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following criteria:

– RMA Number: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before making a return. Please email returns@archivedup.com with your purchase details to obtain an RMA number.

– Eligibility: Defective items in their original packaging and new condition are eligible for return.

– Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt, or for items not in their original packaging or showing noticeable wear.

– Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within a reasonable time frame after receiving the returned item.

Shipping

We offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping within the United States. Additional charges may apply for rush delivery or shipments outside the Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses).
